Dear Chair Gary Gensler, It's critical that you adopt, implement and enforce a strong, science-based climate disclosure rule as soon as possible by supporting Proposed Rule S7-10-22: Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors. This will give investors like me the tools we need to protect our investments and hold companies accountable for reducing heat-trapping emissions. Climate change is creating wide ranging impacts. Having data about its likely effects on companies’ assets and long-term business outlook is important for investors to make informed decisions and protect the health of our economy.
