The proposed rules are specific to certain political positions not clearly established by science. The rules as stated make it clear the information disclosures required would favor particular political affiliations and harm others.
For this reason File No. S7-10-22 proposed rules are outside the charter of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and no part of the proposed rules should be adopted or approved by the commission.
