Hello, I believe that this is a complete over reach of SEC authority and not in the public interest to have another Governmental agency focused on Climate Risk. The administrative burden already in place by the Federal Government far exceeds its core constitutional mandate. Please refrain from additional bureaucracy with these rules and stick to the fundamental focus of the SEC of keeping markets safe. I believe this set of rules will lead to a push from conservative investors to invest in the companies with the worst carbon footprints- similar to recent retail investor trends bucking the system.
