Ban computer generated trading - totally and permanently. Every trade should have to be manually entered by a human being.
You know what the problems are. Stop wasting time and fix them.The markets are broken because your commission has allowed the proliferation of all these damn hedge funds with their black box systems, and because of leveraged ETF's, and because Chris Cox stupidly got rid of the uptick rule.
So get off your duffs and act for once.
