I am not in the trade market as of yet, however I am still an undergraduate student so someday in the future I will be involved in these types of activities. While participating I would hope to have the reassurance of safety and security in decisions being made in regards to my finances. I am definitely pro the proposal.
If this proposed law becomes a law I do however insinuate a certain amount of skepticism of new traders entering into the market. However with the recent events of Goldman Sachs, it has intentions of reducing or eliminating the amount of fradulent and manipulative activity drawing in traders. I believe the results will be divided and people will come up with positives and negatives for both arguments.
