Commissioner, I am strongly opposed to this amendment and believe that it will do nothing more than empower activist to disrupt the efficient interests of the common and institutional shareholder. This President and his administration has done great damage to capitalism and I believe that this amendment is nothing more than homage to the SEIU and all it represents. This amendment has nothing to do with good governance but a transfer of power to the one, single-percent shareholder.
