It seems your goal is to talk about share holder rights until
the next election.
OF COURSE STOCK owners should have the ability to submit items for voting. Including proposals and nomination to the boards. As it stands now stock ownership provides no useful voting rights.
The system is broken- and the SEC is trying to not fix it as fast as possible.
