Greetings This comment actually extends beyond the topic of "crowdfunding"..but I had attempted that approach as well.I am an amateur aspiring filmmaker who is wishes to attempt to approach venture capital/angel investor type organizations..for possibities of financing our film screenplay into production. I have heard--that I should(or can) register with the SEC for reasons of legitimacy perhaps--before I "venture out".Could you please provide some info in this regard? Thank you sincerely,
