I’m an entrepreneur and have cofounded Cappio. Our company creates a tool that helps retail investors make better decisions. We have read about Title III equity crowdfunding and noticed that there has not been any ruling published since 2012. We would love to expand and approach our network to help grow our business. We would be interested in hiring at least 10 more engineers to scale our operations which would be amazing!
We can create such amazing opportunities for our community with Title III! Please vote to finalize Title III! We would love having clear rules for decision making!
