Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Okky Jaya and I am the cofounder of TechGaver Industries. We are a newly formed business entity whereas currently focus on the electronic(hardware) and software industry. In the long run, we strive to be involved in wide-range of industries and are looking to expand and that is why we have been looking into equity crowdfunding. However, we have not been able to find any solid information about the rules. I am planning to hire at least 4 more hardware makers as soon as we can raise capital and we want to approach our social network as soon as possible!
