Hi Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Kevin. I am an entrepreneur and am interested in investing in startups that are disrupting various technologies. I see the community growing in my college town. I see it growing at home in Los Angeles! I see it! I want to invest in it. But I cannot find enough resources to make an educated decision. The SEC has not published anything regarding Title III which would unlock un-accredited investors to invest in startups! I believe in entrepreneurship! Help me help others!
