Good Morning Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Jacob Jonas and I founded a company called Jacob Jonas the Company. We are dedicated to expanding the arts – photography, dance, film, and other creative expressions. I have conducted a Kickstarter campaign for one of my shows however I am interested in a more long-term form of crowdfunding. I want to approach my network and social media following to help fund my organization to provide more opportunities to build schools across the nation that study dance and art! I have done my research that leads me to believe that there has not been many updates to the rules on equity crowdfunding. I want to approach nonaccredited investors so that I can hire more logistics-oriented individuals to my team and expand nationally!
