Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White,
I am Casey Spencer and I’m a very huge technologist currently pushing educational reform in Silicon Beach. I have heard about equity crowd-funding and after doing more research, I was unable to find adequate information regarding the rules for unaccredited investors! I am one of those individuals who loves to give back an help others achieve their goals!
However, the current status of the SEC in respect to Title III is preventing me from investing in certain companies and push their growth!
I am emailing you this evening because I would like you to convene with your staff and make a decision on the Title III rules so that investors like myself can get some clarity as many companies zip past us!
