Hi Ms. Mary Jo White,
I’m Zach and I am a software engineer! I love to build technology because I know how awesome it is when people like what you build. I want to help others keep building. I have been studying what equity crowd funding is but have not seen enough solid information from the SEC. The final rules were apparently promised in 2012 but nothing has come of it. I am eager to participate in equity crowd funding.
I am writing because I am interested in investing in mobile technology but I do not have enough information about whether I can. Can you please finalize the rules on Title III so that I may invest?
