Good Evening Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Dan Stepanov and I am an entrepreneur from Pennsylvania! I have founded Amplified.Us which markets startups to college students. I am aware that Congress had passed the JOBS Act in 2012 which was supposed to publish the rules of Title III however I have still not seen them published.
