Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Kinnard and I cofounded BitBox Enterprises, which is a startup that empowers people to create and transmit value using bitcoins! I am looking to raise capital for my venture however I am unable to find information about what's called equity-crowdfunding. To my knowledge, the SEC has not published completely rules about Title III although it did specify that it would make this decision by the end of 2012. This delay to finalize the rules is putting a roadblock on my business. I have an interested network of friends and family that would want to invest! Can you please finalize the vote on Title III so that I can have clear information! I would be interested in hiring 8 more people, with 4 of them being software engineers, and the other 4 would be trained salesmen! I am looking to provide jobs to my peers that need it!
Thank you for pushing our nation to be so powerful! Let’s just push a little more so that we can tackle Title III because the people want it!
