Dear SEC management,
I represent several startups including HoneyColony.com, Gilfund LLC, JW Endeavor Inc, and a newly formed company Simply Transformative as a founder, investor, and chief executive.
I am planning to participate in crowdfunding campaigns under the proposed Title III rules, intending to raise up to $1M from my users and friends in exactly the same manner as I have done previously with Kickstarter.
I encourage the SEC to issue the final Title III rules ASAP so we can get on with our business, facilitate equity crowd funding and lubricate the mechanism in making startups and small businesses flourish.
