Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Rohith and I am a software/app developer who is very actively watching the startup scene. Recently, I heard about the proposed Title III rules which, under the Jobs Act and was surprised to hear that its taken so long to get these passed! I believe that if the rules were put into effect, it would have a very positive effect on the startup community nationwide.
I’m interested in becoming an investor in Equity Crowdfunding campaigns with the following industries: Information Technology, Social Media, Health Care, Platforms, Energy, Hardware + Software, Apps, Cryptocurrency, and Music.
