Dear Ms. Mary Jo White
I am writing to you because I would like to participate in equity crowdfunding (EFC). I work in software as a software engineer/developer and do freelance work for several technology startups. If ECF under Title III would be finalized, this would open up all kinds of new opportunities for me, not only as a developer but also as an investor.
I would be investing in the following the fashion and design industries because I have always loved companies that are in those spaces.
Please rally your colleagues to vote ASAP on the proposed Title III rules so that I can invest and know the final rules.
