I agrree with all controls that give a little investor a fair leveling field trying to get their 401K back. These crooks that short,fast trade, trade tons of shares, and only in it to make them look good on paper to their boss and get a bonus has cost me 60% of my 401K the last few years. The small investor just holding on to a good stock is run out because the new market crooks bid them down to take all ones profit in a few days and run them out of the market. There is too much pump and dump going on in this market. These people are allowed to get information on a stock way before a small investor and has bid it down while that same small investor is doing a buy. What kind of crap is that?
