Dear SEC,

I agree that rule 13f-2 should be implemented to provide investing citizens more transparency and information regarding their investments. It’s only fair for the average investor to be able to get real data that isn’t being suppressed or hidden. Please consider me, an average investor who has felt cheated and misrepresented since I have started investing. It has appeared extremely unfair to me and is a terrible feeling to have mistrust for reporting agencies. Please do the right thing and allow more transparency. Abusive short selling should not be tolerated and at this point it appears to me that it is being tolerated. Please, if you can’t give me the protection I have been cheated of at least give Americans the due transparency and reporting.

Thank you,
R.J. Hughes
