I support transparency in our markets and the ability to allow the public access to data that should be. available to them

Hedgefunds are gambling away money and hiding their losing positions by using swaps instead of accepting their losing bets. All at the detriment to their own customers and the market s s whole.

It is absolutely insane the SEC is complicit and proposing rules to hide swap data. Why does it need to be hidden? For no good reason.

They have already delayed access to swaps data for two years. And now are proposing to delay it again until 2025. Why?!

Data should not be hidden from a group of people who also are pare of a “free and fair market” lol
