We are at a situation where we are still living in the Bernie madoff era of the stock market where everyone sees that the institutions which are in charge of protecting retail investors are completely captured by big money.

In you title you say FRAUD MANIPULATON OR DECEPTION, means that’s exactly what’s happening. The people will only take so much and I feel we are on the edge of something that will change this forever. Your job is to protect the markets and I want you to approve this rule. Whether or not you will remains to be seen. Actions speak louder than words. Show us you are serious
