October 30, 2022 Thanks you for the opportunity to make comments on the short sale proposal. I sincerely believe that the rule needs to be amended to require short sale reporting to daily disclosure for lent securities. We have an extreme need for daily disclosure of ETF shorting activity. This rule should not pass with the disclosure of synthetic ETF short positions. ETF's have been shown to be shorted over 1000%. That seems extremely abusive.
