October 31, 2022 As an individual investor, I believe short selling has serious consequences and is being used by bad actors to destroy American companies, of which have American employees that work hard to provide for their families, such as myself. I believe the SEC should require daily public disclosure of short positions, and not allow those positions to be hidden in swaps or ETFs. I believe ETFs are specifically being used to produce synthetic shares and circumvent SEC regulations. Thank you for your time.
