October 31, 2022 Hello, This rule is fantastic. I absolutely support transaction by transaction reporting as it prevents hiding short data in the aggregate. And I support the 15 min reporting requirement for short data. Both of these things would provide much needed information for the victimized companies themselves that are being subjected to such predatory practices. This will also greatly benefit retail investors as they will be able to make informed decisions on their investments without having to fear large unknown Wall St short selling. And finally there is a huge risk in untracked short selling as it could hide a massive chain of obligations that could lead to serious financial instability as clearly evident after the Jan 28, 2021 with GME.
