October 30, 2022 I want to be clear that, as a retail investor, I fully support transaction-by-transaction reporting and the 15-minute reporting requirement. These proposed changes will provide more transparency to the markets, which is desperately needed to prevent everyday Americans and American businesses from being victimized by financial predators in our own markets. Short selling is not investing and the majority of short selling that I have witnessed only seems to cause more market volatility and more negative impacts to American businesses.
