October 30, 2022 I am a retail investor and very concerned about the state of our financial markets. One of the big issues plaguing the system is suspected naked short selling that is destroying all faith in the stock market. A healthy market is vital to our progress as a nation and once people stop trusting it, the negative consequences will be truly far reaching. The Commission should require daily public disclosure of short positions incorporating all direct and indirect ways a stock could be shorted which would include shorting of ETFs containing the stock as well. I appreciate SEC's effort in bringing more transparency to the Stock Market.
