October 30, 2022 As an individual investor I am concerned with what the fundamental framework of short selling and the lack of reporting mean for the overall integrity of our markets and economy, and the transparency of the entire market structure rely on to ensure price discovery and other integral market processes. I know that the SEC takes a very strong stance on Fraudulent Business Practices and will actively be working against the forces that led to the 2008 crisis where millions of Americans suffered because of these very processes being unchecked for so long.
