October 31, 2022 The proposed changes that this rule would offer seem to provide true equity to the markets retail investors and I support the initiative on the grounds that enforcement results in disclosure rather than another swap or hiding place for short positions. I think these rules are a great starting point for some decent market reform and fully support the rule.
