October 31, 2022 Hello, I am an individual retail investor, and a concerned one about many aspects of the markets. In regards to this proposal, I am deeply concerned about short selling. I believe shorts have the potential, and indeed already shown their detriment, to have serious consequences. I strongly urge the Commission to enforce daily public disclosures of short positions. The minimum, which I believe is once a month, is simply not enough. Much can be hidden, or otherwise obscured with enough preparation time and strategies. Daily reporting helps transparency among other benefits. Furthermore, I believe ETF's need to be included in this as well. To the earlier point, there are many ways to obfuscate data, and ETF's serve as a tool to that end. In summary, I support transparency in the markets, and I believe more transparency is needed around short selling. Significantly more, ideally. Thank you, Matthew Sinex
