October 30, 2022 Dear SEC, I comment here as an investor concerned about short selling activity reporting. Shorting plays a huge role in the markets, and as such, should be reported daily for all securities, just like swaps. It is important for such activities to be reported in order to maintain healthy and fair markets with real price discovery.
