October 31, 2022 I would like to personally take the time to say thank you and your office for proposing S7-08-22 again which includes the reporting of Short Positions and Short Activity by Institutional Investment Managers. I believe this proposal once listed in the Fed Reg will help bring clarity and transparency to the market as you hope.
