October 31, 2022 Thank you for allowing the retail investor to again comment on this new rule. With today's technology I see no reason why transactions can't be settle the same day unless they're trying to hide something. Also why is it, when you own more than 10% of a company you have to report it, but short sellers can short a company 50% or more without reporting? US stock market is not very transparent, I believe it should give every trader the same opportunities Thanks
