October 31, 2022 Yet more reporting that already should have been happening for years it's amazing that these loopholes have been left unclosed after causing the crisis in 2008. Refusing to do this is, again, refusing to even attempt to do the job the SEC is charged with. This rule, and the others I've commented on, would be a great start towards regaining the public's trust, which the SEC has entirely lost over the last few years while members of the public actually took the time to look at the fraud, deception, and straight out theft happening in their markets for the first time in ages.
