October 30, 2022 I fully support this proposal. The fact the only people opposing it are the ones benefiting from the current system tells you all you need to know. You have decades of data and know this a major problem that has been so abused it is posing a major problem to the integrity of our markets. Will some one finally do the right thing for once. We will see.
