October 30, 2022 SEC, I submit my comment as a retail investor that is extremely concerned with regards to the current state of our markets. In their pursuit of further delaying swap reporting until 2025, the CFTC seeks to destroy confidence in even the most basic of financing concepts. The SEC must make a stand for the investors they claim to serve. It must stand for equality above all. Stand up for honest and fair markets. Stand up for transparency. Uphold the oaths taken and protect the everyday investor. We need help because we are standing, and as of right now, we are standing alone.
