 Dear SEC,

It is high time that the supervisory body of the U.S. financial markets that you claim to be, finally act on behalf of the largest number of investors in the market: retail investors, working families, and tax payers.

The SEC should increase its short sale-related data collection activities across all types of securities and make following those rules obligatory for large financial market participants, such as Investment Advisers, Special Purpose Vehicles, and prime brokerage departments within both GSIB-LBOs (global systemically important banks and large banking organizations) and non-GSIB LBOs.

Now, that certain stocks supposedly have gone 'parabolic' on this 31st of October, some market commentators suggest that retail investors all go home.

WIth all due respect: We are here, we are educated, and we are not leaving.

Thank you for your time and for your consideration.

Kind regards,
STW
