October 30, 2022 Thank you for re-opening the comments for submission. Transparency in markets is crucial, not just for research and opportunity, but for fairness and protection against those who would leverage their position solely for influence and/or personal gain. Currently, it seems that the lack of transparency is actually encouraging poor behavior in the marketplace. A \"free and fair market\" doesn't exist without transparency to all. Please pass this amendment.
