October 31, 2022 Please for the sake of American Families and Families globally, require the reporting of short positions on a daily basis. This should include ETFs as well. This information should be delivered no later than end of day, each trading day the market is open. Financial predators can be deterred by reporting information every fifteen minutes and transaction by transaction. Too many companies fall victim to predatory short selling and we need more transparency.
