Short selling has major consequences and should require a daily report of such positions. I urge you to do more than the bare minimum when setting rules and guidelines. This reporting should include ETFs because they can be used to synthetically short valueabble stocks.
Let's crackdown on abusive short selling and give transparency to the practice of short selling. Please do not water down the proposed rule in order to create loopholes for short sellers. Time to bring forth transparency to the market for the betterment of retail investors and public companies alike. Thank you.
