October 29, 2022 Short selling is legal because there is money to back up what youre shorting. But naked shorting is AS ILLEGAL AS IT GETS SO WHY IS IS ALLOWED? daily reporting of shorts is demanded, I dont think this is a crazy thought. You dont see the regular person going out selling car titles they dont own so why is Wall Street allowed to take my money, and sell what they dont own? We need transparency in the markets. The truth is being diluted and there is no honor anymore.
