October 29, 2022 Thank you for re-opening the comments for the this rule. I ask you to please vote in support of this ruling to implement intra day reporting of all short position exposures. We need increased transparency more frequent reporting of short positions for overall market health. I also would like to see consequences to firms misreporting, whether accidentally or intentionally, with suspension revocation of trading licenses- no matter how big or small the firm or the excuse. This will be a start to ensuring everyone trades by the same rules.
