October 29, 2022 I support this rule even tho I do believe short selling should not exist but if it is going to it must be reported consistently. They also should not be able to hide shorts in swaps, kind of like archegos did which seams to me Credit Susie has been holding there bags. Maybe thats why they might go insolvent. We need stricter rules and regulations to stop nefarious actors from manipulation and scamming the system to enrich wallstreet through crime.
