October 29, 2022 I am in support of this rule (S7-08-22 Short Position and Short Activity Reporting by Institutional Investment Managers Notice of Proposed Amendments to the National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail for Purposes of Short Sale-related Data Collection). Everyone who participates in the market should have the same rules. We need increased transparency to ensure everyone gets a fair and free market. Currently, it is a fair and free market only for the rich and powerful who can lobby with their millions. Let's fix our markets and work towards a fair and free market for all.
