October 29, 2022 Investing should have the data be made available to all, including retail. Although the SEC admits they collect fines from violators, this isn't taking it far enough. All this proves is that in fact there are bad players in this market. If short selling remains a tool for institutions, transparency needs to be the most important part for all investors.
