Dear SEC, Thank you for proposing this new rule. As you know, market makers and Hedge Funds have abused this T-2 system to their advantage long enough and also use the T-2 system to leverage themselves against retail investors. As a retail investor, this new rule is a much needed change that I strongly support it and, again, I thank you for proposing it. Best regards, Mr A Herbert
