November 2, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman, the corruption and the illegal practice of naked short selling of various securities and equities, thereby destroying small and medium sized U.S. firms, must finally put to an end. Until then, all short positions must be reported on a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. This should be part of the rules, not only for market makers. Please put an end to illegal short-selling practices in this current financial market. We are not going away. Sincerely, Leo C.
