October 31, 2022 To Whom It May Concern. While this rule is a start in the right direction, however, it should NOT be passed as is. Short selling has serious consequences and is subject to massive abuse and corruption, thus should be reported and available to the public on a DAILY basis. We need to see the data on synthetic short selling of ETFs as well because they can be used to synthetically short vulnerable stocks. Regards, JF
