Thank you for giving retail another opportunity to comment on such an important matter. I share my concerns over the lack of transparency within the market. There are certain factors that correlate together that give us a glimpse of an extremely large picture and even with this glimpse we can see the irregularities. With this proposal as I have reviewed, I believe this will give a better scope of what's at hand and provide retail with a better understanding of how the markets works. Retail just wants a truly fair and competitive market as intended. There are many loopholes that needs to be plugged as the markets evolve, which the voice of retail shall be the repairman and help patch them up. Get Outlook for Android
